Karing for Little Hands, Inc. is a comprehensive private Occupational Therapy practice for children aged birth to eighteen years of age. Occupational therapy evaluations and treatment are provided in the natural environment. Areas serviced include South Ponte Vedra to Atlantic Beach and west to Southside Boulevard. Karen Foster is National Board Certified, Sensory Integration
Certified, and has her Pediatric Neurodevelopment Training Certification.


Karen Foster, owner and operator of Karing for Little Hands, Inc., was born and raised in Claymont, Delaware. She attended Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1988. Karen moved to Jacksonville, Florida in February of 1989. She received her Neurodevelopment Training Certification (NDT) and her Sensory Integration Certification (SI) in 1991. Karen has had the benefit of working in outpatient clinics, early intervention programs and providing intervention in the natural environment. She has provided services for children with developmental delays, autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, sensory integration dysfunction, ADHD, prematurity and genetic disorders.
